Is the price really flat, regardless of team size?

Yes — $200/month or $2,400/year covers your whole organization. No per-seat math, no gatekeeping by plan tier. Whether you're 8 people or 800, the price is the price.

What's included in the free trial?

All 14 days of the trial include the full product — every feature, no credit card required. You can invite your full team and run real payroll if you want; you just won't be billed until day 15.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?

Anytime. Upgrading from monthly to yearly is a one-click swap; we'll prorate the difference. Downgrading happens at your next renewal — no clawbacks, no penalties.

Does Kyndlex handle payroll tax filings?

In the US, yes — federal, state, and local filings are included, along with W-2s, 1099s, and new-hire reporting. Internationally, we partner with local EORs so you stay compliant without juggling vendors.

How secure is my team's data?

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR-ready. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based access, audit logs, and SSO/SCIM available on both plans.

What does migration look like?

Most teams are fully migrated in a single afternoon. We support direct imports from Gusto, Rippling, BambooHR, Justworks, Deel, and raw CSV. Yearly customers get a dedicated implementation lead to run it for you.
